Greetings!
Thank you for your support in furthering our community partnership to improve the lives of youth, adults, and families in Richmond, Robeson, and Scotland counties. As a National Mission Institution (NMI), Partners In Ministry (PIM) is able to look beyond the challenges of systemic economic depression and focus our full effort and heart into empowering, equipping, and educating our communities through unique programs and services. I think of you as “Partners In Hope”. Therefore, PIM would love to reconnect with you today and share something important: We stand with Hope as we fulfill our promise to improve the communities we serve.
Your dedication has allowed us to build and operate a national network of free clinics, clothing items, mentorship, housing repair, education, and a food pantry. Because of your commitment, fellow community members know that there is a ministry ready to help wherever it is needed. All this has been possible because you share PIM’s core purpose of “instilling hope, empowering change, one family at a time” regardless of their diversity.
As we venture into 2021 and COVID-19 emerges, we need you more than ever to help achieve our ministry’s motto of offering a “hand-up and not a hand-out”. While our programs have been highly successful and have grown dramatically over the last eight years, the organization is lacking sufficient space as it continues to address these critical needs. To this end, the Partners In Ministry Board of Directors determined that a Community Education Center is an absolute necessity to support our growing organization and the needs of our county. PIM has launched its Capital Campaign to build a new 20,000 square foot Community Education Center on our 11-acre debt-free campus.
Together, let’s remember what inspires, encourages, and motivates us during ‘times such as these’ and look to the future with hope. Please take a moment to review the enclosed material so that you can see how this new Center will transform our campus and our community. Please consider your charitable giving in 2021 to help Partners In Ministry continue to serve our community. We are happy to discuss how you might leave a legacy by investing in a wonderful community asset with becoming a Partners In Hope that will serve our region for generations to come.
Thank you for considering another gift to Partners In Ministry and your continuous support to our mission as we press forward during this crisis.
Sincerely,
Dr. Melba McCallum,
Executive Director
