Hebrew13:17-18 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you. (KJV) Pray for us: for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, desiring to live honorably in all things. (ASV)
Jeremiah 3:15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. (KJV)
Jeremiah 23:4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord. (KJV)
Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. (KJV)
Remembering WHO we are and WHOSE we are daily. God has called, tasked and charged us to be HIS spokes person in this world that we are passing through. I went to church last week and was running a little late but I had tuned in to the church radio broadcast as I traveled. The radio signal was distorted until I got closer to the church, upon arrival I heard the service just fine. When I was out of range of the radio signal I could not hear clearly. However, as I got closer, I connected and was able to hear the preacher’s message. Be careful of the plethora of DISTRACTIONS facing us as pastors that may affect the heavenly signal, stay the course so we may help our flock do the same.
Prayer: God lead us so we may lead others for the Kingdoms sake.
